This spacious villa with swimming pool is only a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Capo Vaticano coast line, in the south west of Calabria. Built in the eighties, this holiday home is equipped with all modern comforts and makes an ideal residence for a large family or a group of friends. The house can sleep a maximum of eight persons.

This detached villa was built in the eighties and both its exterior as its interior are in the same style. Marisa is set on a hill at only one kilometre from the wide sandy beach of Santa Maria. The villa is suitable for eight persons which makes it a great accommodation for a large family or a group of friends.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with separate dining area and sitting corner, the three bedrooms, the two bathrooms and the separate kitchen. The small attic offers two more sleeping places. As the ceiling of the attic is very low, we recommend these beds for children only.  

You will probably spend most of your time here outside. The beautifully shaped private swimming pool with deck chairs is a great place for people of all ages. The large garden, the big dining table and the terrace are all wonderful places. Enjoy long evening dinners in the open air, light the barbecue and enjoy a glass of wine!

Villa Marisa offers the possibility to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Calabria. The beach of Santa Maria is only one kilometre away. The crystal clear sea waters invite you for a swim and there are several restaurants near the beach. If you want to explore the region, we can recommend the authentic towns of Tropea and Pizzo; perfect destinations for a daytrip.
